We add furnishings, décor, lighting moods, and small styling touches to your photos to help renters and buyers picture the space. We never alter structure (walls, windows, doors, ceiling height) or misrepresent dimensions.
Our workflow blends human design direction (style boards + promptcraft) with AI-assisted rendering. Where supported, we attach or preserve content provenance (e.g., SynthID/C2PA) so platforms can verify the image’s origin. Virtual Staging Launch Docs (ms…
Provenance note shown with each image “AI-assisted virtual staging by Casa Canvas. Decorative edits only—no structural changes.”
Will do: décor/furniture styling, colorways, lighting mood, simple cleanup.
Won’t do: move or add/remove walls, windows, doors, or any structural element; change room size/shape; misstate materials.
Before any work, you confirm you own the photos or have permission to use them and grant Casa Canvas the right to edit for virtual staging. This is captured in our intake form’s required checkbox.
You acknowledge images may include platform provenance and that you’ll follow MLS/Airbnb (and similar) listing rules when publishing. If guidelines require a disclosure (“virtually staged”), include it in captions or listing notes.
Standard: 48 hours per room set
Priority (bundles): 24 hours
Revisions: One free revision per room set (additional revisions billed at the rate in your SOW).
You’ll receive web-ready JPEG/PNG files and, when supported by the platform, images carrying provenance metadata (see above).
In our gallery and before/after sliders, each staged image includes a small caption: “AI-assisted virtual staging.” This aligns with your intake compliance and review notes.
We use your uploads only to produce staged visuals for your project and store them securely for production, delivery, and revision windows. You can request deletion after final delivery; doing so may limit future revisions.
Packages list per-room pricing (not per project) and your bundle SLA. This mirrors your pricing clarifications and ops calculator assumptions.
Contracts and this page use a premium-calm tone; marketing stays hype-but-honest about results and methods—exactly how we do it.
If you’re unsure how to label a listing or need a compliance-friendly caption, reach out before you post—we’re happy to advise.
